PEEK material characteristics
High temperature resistance: PEEK can withstand temperatures up to 260 ℃ for long-term use and 330 ℃ for short-term use, far superior to ordinary plastic gears such as nylon and POM.
Wear resistant and self-lubricating: PEEK material has a low coefficient of friction and can operate stably for a long time without additional lubrication, with a lifespan far exceeding that of metal gears.
Corrosion resistance: PEEK material is resistant to acid, alkali, and organic solvents, and can replace metal gears in corrosive working conditions.
High strength and low noise: PEEK material has high mechanical strength, good fatigue resistance, lower transmission noise than metal gears, and significant lightweight effect.
Typical application scenarios
PEEK is widely used in automotive transmission systems, semiconductor equipment, food/medical machinery, textile printing and dyeing equipment, micro pumps and valves, and other scenarios that require high cleanliness, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance.
We can provide customized services throughout the entire process, including design, material selection and modification, mold manufacturing, injection molding, and machining, according to the different needs of our customers.
